Responsibilities for Coordinator of Evidence Synthesis Jobs in USA:

Leadership and Coordination:

  • Oversee the processes, levels of service, and role of librarians in evidence-based projects.
  • Create scalable processes, lesson plans, rules, and quality standards that make sure the work can be repeated, is clear, and follows PRISMA guidelines.
  • Hold meetings, workshops, and training events.
  • Help libraries work together, be a mentor, and keep an eye on service capacity.
  • Work with people from the library and the rest of the campus to make evidence synthesis services a part of study and teaching.
  • Check the use of services, project results, librarian time, study effects, and capacity, and write a report on it.

Evidence Synthesis Support:

  • Give methodological advice throughout the whole process of putting together evidence, from making the plan to publishing the results.

Faculty Duties:

Required Qualifications:

  • MA from a school approved by the American Library Association.
